Van dos veces que están cerrados a pesar de confirmar horario de atención. Creo que lo atiende gente poco seria, dicen abrir a X hora, llegas puntual y no, llegan 30 minutos tarde. Igualmente, llegas 40 min antes de la hora de cierre y ya está cerrado.
Estuve escribiendo para saber a qué hora llegar (porque no quería volver a llegar y encontrar cerrado), me ignoraron las veces que escribí , les reclamé que me dejaron en visto y me ignoraron. Evidentemente no les interesa la clientela más que sacar para el día.
No hay buena atención al cliente.
Iba a ahí porque decían ser de INFRA, sorpresa: no (no sé si nunca lo fueron) cuando pregunté me mintieron diciendo que infra les estaba haciendo remodelación.... mentira. NO SON DE INFRA y yo creo que si llegaron a serlo los batearon porque tienen pésimas prácticas, pero ¿para qué mentir cuando pregunté?
Siempre están comiendo o teniendo un desmadre dentro donde está el oxígeno y cero medidas de higiene si están comiendo donde manejan los tanques... me hace pensar que cualquier día puede pasar un accidente por mal manejo. No cuentan con ropa de trabajo o protección, es un "changarro" muy informal y poco confiable.. Por eso yo creo que INFRA ya no los toma como sucursal
It is a place of NO seriousness and really little desire to be something better.
They go twice that they are closed despite confirming opening hours. I think it is attended by not very serious people, they say they open at X hour, you arrive on time and no, they arrive 30 minutes late. Likewise, you arrive 40 min before closing time and it is already closed.
I was writing to find out what time to arrive (because I did not want to arrive again and find it closed), they ignored me the times I wrote, I complained that they let me see and ignored me. Obviously they are not interested in the clientele more than taking out for the day.
There is no good customer service.
I was going there because they claimed to be from INFRA, surprise: no (I don't know if they never were) when I asked they lied to me saying that infra was doing remodeling ... a lie. THEY ARE NOT INFRA and I think that if they got to be they hit them because they have terrible practices, but why lie when I asked?
They are always eating or having a riot inside where the oxygen is and zero hygiene measures if they are eating where they handle the tanks ... it makes me think that any day an accident could happen due to bad handling. They do not have work or protective clothing, it is a very informal and unreliable "changarro". That is why I believe that INFRA no longer takes them as a branch
