Pedí que me hicieran una recarga de 200$ (3000MB por un mes) en lugar de eso me han hecho una recarga de 150$ (2000MB por 28 días) + una recarga de 50$ (300MB por 7 días). El señor me aseguró que eso se combinaba automáticamente y estaría recargando los 3000MB que pedí inicialmente. Como desconfiaba enormemente (debido a que los SMS que recibí no decían eso) fui a un centro de atención Telcel para comprobarlo. Me indicaron que desde este distribuidor se habían equivocado y que efectivamente el señor me había MENTIDO y no tenía la recarga de los 3000MB que pedí al principio, así que me recomendaron que hablase con el distribuidor que realizó la recarga para solucionarlo.. Cuando volví al distribuidor autorizado, me dijeron que en el centro de atención se equivocaban y que ellos no podían hacer nada. En ningún momento se disculparon por su error ni por haberme MENTIDO. Tras un buen rato de discusión conseguí que me devolvieran 50$ pero la señora que trabajaba allí fue extremadamente desagradable e intentó darle la vuelta a la situación como si yo me estuviera quejando sin razón. En ningún momento recibí mi recarga de 3000MB que pedí al inicio y ahora tengo que esperar a que se me acaben los 2000MB para poder recargar los 3000MB que pedí, con el consecuente gasto innecesario de dinero que eso implica, por no hablar de la hora de mi tiempo libre que perdí en ir al centro de atención y volver al distribuidor y por no hablar de la sensación de estafa e impotencia por no poder hacer nada. Lo único que me queda es advertir a todo el mundo de lo ocurrido y aconsejar evitar este distribuidor, tanto por los errores cometidos, como por las mentiras y la actitud altiva y despectiva de la señora que allí trabaja. At no time did I receive my 3000MB recharge that I requested at the beginning and now I have to wait for the 2000MB to run out to be able to recharge the 3000MB that I requested, with the consequent unnecessary expenditure of money that implies, not to mention the time of my free time that I lost in going to the center of attention and returning to the distributor and not to mention the feeling of fraud and helplessness for not being able to do anything. All I have left is to warn everyone of what happened and advise avoiding this distributor, both for the mistakes made, as for the lies and the haughty and derogatory attitude of the lady who works there.
