Dentro de todo hacen lo posible por atenderte bien, aún que hay vendedores no que otro algo déspota, no todos.
They take time to serve you, but add variable help and service.
Within everything they do their best to serve you well, even though there are sellers, not others, something despotic, not all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo para que me dieran mi cancelación y poder devolverles sus aparatos, tuve que pagar 3 meses x un servicio que no he utilizado, no pudieron hacerme un descuento, ni tuvieron ninguna consideración, para con su clienta por más de 1 AÑO, una clienta puntual y responsable. Así que no los recomiendo. Ni a su pésimo servicio con señal deficiente, su atención a clientes malisima, jamás te contestan por vía telefónica y por whatsapp no te resuelvan nada. PÉSIMO SERVICIO LES DOY UNA ESTRELLA POR QUE NO PUEDE SER CERO!!
Terrible for them to give me my cancellation and to be able to return their devices, I had to pay 3 months for a service that I have not used, they could not give me a discount, nor did they have any consideration, for their client for more than 1 YEAR, a punctual client and responsible. So I do not recommend them. Not even their lousy service with poor signal, their awful customer service, they never answer you by phone and by whatsapp they do not solve anything. POOR SERVICE I GIVE THEM A STAR BECAUSE IT CANNOT BE ZERO !!
