★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te atienden de mala gana y casi a la fuerza, había solicitado un cambio de compañía con Telcel y talvez no supo hacerlo pero no me quería dar mi chip, en cambio cuando lo hice en otra sucursal con otro número me dieron mi chip al instante y me dieron las instrucciones sin problemas.
Lousy service, they attend you reluctantly and almost forcefully, I had requested a change of company with Telcel and maybe they did not know how to do it but I did not want to give my chip, instead when I did it in another branch with another number they gave me my chip Instantly and they gave me the instructions without problems.
