Very bad I've been begging for service for about six months and they don't give me a minimum visit, from sales agent, in central office and installer. A crap service.

Tengo dos Tvs quize cancelar una y supuestamente si ...pero nunca lo hicieron ... lo seguí pagando ... ahora me cambio de domicilio y nunca me dijeron en que fecha cancelar porque no hay cobertura ... Y ahora tengo que pagar todo el mes... sin ocuparlo ... sin duda malo
Bad experience there is no interest in the customer. I have two Tvs I wanted to cancel one and supposedly if ... but they never did ... I kept paying ... now I change my address and they never told me on what date to cancel because there is no coverage ... And now I have to pay all month ... without occupying it ... certainly bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían ser más amables con los clientes, cuando pides pagar lo mismo que las promociones actuales te dicen que no se puede y con tono burlon te dicen que tienes un contrato obligado a 18 meses, cuando contrate ofrecían 40 megas bajarían a 20 megas después del 4 mes, teléfono y 1 televisión, pago $564, ahora ofrecen 100 megas más 80 canales por $659 vale la pena pagar 105 pesos más por tener los 100 megas pero total play no le interesa cuidar al cliente ni soporte técnico ni servicio al cliente te resuelve.
They should be kinder to customers, when you ask to pay the same as current promotions they tell you that you can't and with a mocking tone they tell you that you have a binding contract for 18 months, when you hire they offered 40 megabytes they would drop to 20 megabytes after the 4th month, telephone and 1 television, I pay $ 564, now they offer 100 megabytes plus 80 channels for $ 659 it is worth paying 105 pesos more to have the 100 megabytes but total play is not interested in taking care of the client or technical support or customer service solves you.
