★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lastima que la encargada o dueña tenga esa getota, si le cambias el producto se enoja y empieza a ser un poco déspota, el lugar muy bonito, excelente surtido, y lo último en todos los focos y lámparas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un gran muestrario de luces, la verdad quedé maravillado la ver tantas opciones para iluminación en la casa, te dan ganas de remodelar e instalar cosas nuevas, la atención es buena. Y en tiempos de pandemia la seguridad y prevención del lugar es buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super surtida en todo lo que tiene en muestra, por desgracia para ser la única de esta zona no cuenta con inventario para venta a público y así no sirve de nada que tenga tan surtido muestrario. El día de hoy fui por focos de luz fría y de ninguno tenía 13/11/20. 10 días antes fui por focos Philips equivalente luminiscencia a 100w e igual tampoco tenía. La atención de la señora da a pensar que no le pagan lo suficiente para estar ahí por la carota que tiene y sus respuestas molesta. Definitivamente pasará a ser mi última opción en búsqueda de material eléctrico.
Super stocked in everything it has on display, unfortunately for being the only one in this area it does not have inventory for sale to the public and thus it is useless to have such an assortment of samples. Today I went for cold light bulbs and none of them had 11/13/20. 10 days before I went for Philips lights equivalent to 100w luminescence and I didn't have it either. The lady's attention suggests that she is not being paid enough to be there because of the face she has and her annoying responses. It will definitely become my last option when looking for electrical equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Hablé para preguntar por unas lámparas que necesito y me dijeron que las tenían en stock. Pedí que me las apartarán, fui por ellas en menos de dos horas y resulta que no había ni una sola (necesitaba cuatro). Ignoro que pasó pero dudo mucho que las hayan vendido en ese tiempo. En cualquier caso no pierdas tu tiempo, no importa si las tenían o no, el lugar no es de confiarse. Si pudiera dar menos de una estrella lo haría. De verdad, no merecen un mínimo de confianza.
Terrible service. I called to ask about some lamps I need and was told they had them in stock. I asked for them to be set aside, I went for them in less than two hours and it turns out that there wasn't a single one (I needed four). I don't know what happened but I doubt very much that they were sold at that time. In any case do not waste your time, it does not matter if they had them or not, the place is not to be trusted. If I could give less than one star I would. They really do not deserve a minimum of trust.
