★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, el viernes pasado compre un tubo de neón pequeño, no me lo probaron argumentando que no tenían el cable para hacerlo, no me dieron nota, al llegar a casa me doy cuenta que no prende, voy el día sábado para que me lo checaran y ya estaba cerrado, hoy lunes a las 10 me presento para que me lo chequen y me dicen que esta dañada la balastra, pido el costo de una lampara nueva y me dicen que es de 160.00 a lo cual le pregunto que si le puedo dejar el tubo el cual no utilice y pagaba la diferencia yme dice que no se puede, que lo hubiera llevado el mismo día, a sabiendas que ya eran casi las seis del la tarde, al día siguiente fui pero no sabia que cerraban temprano, y me dice que hay que recuperar la nota porque yasehizo el corte, si es un tramite interno pues se hace y se da solución, pero es mas fácil perder un cliente que tratar de hacer lo necesario para que el cliente quede agusto, por mi parte no vuelvo a comprar ahí.
