â â â â â PĂ©simo servicio desde que uno llega lo tratan con muy poca amabilidad a diferencia de cuando uno llega a comprar, llevo año y medio con la motosierra y de 4 a 5 veces use la motosierra la lleve a servicio porque llevaba casi 6 meses que la habĂa usado y me salieron con que tiene dañada dos piezas de la motosierra y me marcan para decirme que eran 2800 de la Reparacion
cuando desde que la entregue ni siquiera me la prendieron como para decir que no prendĂa yo al entregarla la noche anterior la encendĂ y no tenĂa problema pĂ©simo servicio pareciera que solo quieren robar el dinero
Terrible service from the moment you arrive, they treat you with very little kindness, unlike when you come to buy, I have had the chainsaw for a year and a half and I used the chainsaw 4 to 5 times, I took it to service because I had used it for almost 6 months and they told me that two pieces of the chainsaw were damaged and they called me to tell me that they were 2800 for the Repair
when since I delivered it they didn't even turn it on to say that I didn't turn it on when I delivered it the night before I turned it on and I had no problem terrible service it seems that they just want to steal the money
