Not recommended place for a technical service. I took a pressure washer to repair ... they formally contacted me no later than 48 hours for the technician to review it and make the budget and tell them if the repair was done or not. 3 days passed and since they did not call me (which from there we did not start well, since if you stay to call, you force yourself to do it, if not, better tell the client to communicate, period), total, I I communicated and I find myself surprised that my pressure washer had not been checked ... that because the technician, I don't know what ... (Internal problems of the company, that is, things that the client is not interested in, although in my opinion were more excuses). Anyway, again formally they agreed that in another 48 hours they would return now if they called me already with the budget. My intuition told me that they would not, so I already waited until 10 days and contacted to find out what happened ... and I found that nothing had been done to my device. I ended up going to pick up the pressure washer and I didn't even get an explanation or apology, much less compensation, since neither time costs money and I don't give it to anyone. I found what I was expecting: they did not even touch the device, they returned it to me as I left it even with the cables with the same knots. Recommended zero place ... better find another one.
