★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar solo sirve para que hagas corajes ya que jamás te solucionan nada porque aquí es lo contrario al refrán que versa así EL CLIENTE SIEMPRE TIENE LA RAZÓN, en este lugar es lo contrario TELCEL SIEMPRE TIENE LA RAZÓN, compré 2 teléfonos en prepago y al principio todo bien y después lo ingresé como unas 11 veces al centro de servicio y no quedó y lo que hizo TELCEL es que mi garantía venciera y se quitan del problema y tú te quedas con un teléfono que no sirve y ahí lo tengo.
