★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio es pésimo,sus empleados con una pésima actitud,su política de devolución al cliente una basura,lo peor de todo es que mandan su producto dañado y en mal estado y culpan al cliente diciendo que es responsabilidad nuestra cuando desde un principio ellos fueron quienes no mandaron bien mi material y sobre todo de esto no me pueden aceptar una devolución porque su encargado de área no se presenta a trabajar y no hay nadie capacitado para el trabajo encima tienen el descaro de decirme que si quiero espero a que llegue el encargado de devoluciónes que llega a las 3 y ellos cierran a las 2, me tuvieron esperando una hora para al final decirme que no me pueden resolver nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se Tardan demasiado en atenderte incluso si vas por una sola Biblia y aunque no hay más clientes en el local se tardan mínimo media hora, con sus protocolos si sentido común , no respetan el tiempo del cliente. Tienen muchos protocolos que están por gusto, te atienden vendedores luego te cambian el precio de las cosas, debes de depositar primero luego para que te den el comprobante de tardan otra
Media hora ni que estuviera el local lleno de gente comprando. Se pasan ni que estuvieran imprimiendo las Biblias ahí mismo, lamentó dar este tipo de reseña pero es la verdad.
