★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YA NO TIENEN SENTIDO DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE. Empecé a acudir hace 10 años aproximadamente y todo muy bien el lugar era atendiendo por el dueño y su familia hasta que ... Al dueño se le ocurrió meter gente que al parecer ya no es su familia y en primera no conocen la mercancía para que sirve, a quien se le puede dar, presentaciones, precios, etc. Por otro lado no tienen un control sobre la gente que atienden están atendiendo a uno y de la nada empiezan a atender a otro y se olvidan del que ya habían prestado atención; recientemente fui a preguntar por la existencia de una marca de arena para gato el chavo que me atendió nunca me dejó terminar de explicar la marca y características y luego cuando por fin llame su atención llegó una chava (su amiga) y así de la nada se lanzó a saludarla y abrazarla mientras yo le estaba dirigiendo la palabra, ESO ES UNA FALTA DE RESPETO Y MAS PORQUE SE TRATA DE UN CLIENTE.
THEY NO LONGER HAVE A SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I started going there approximately 10 years ago and everything was very good, the place was taken care of by the owner and his family until... The owner had the idea of bringing in people who apparently are no longer his family and at first they don't know the merchandise so that it serves, to whom it can be given, presentations, prices, etc. On the other hand, they do not have control over the people they serve, they are serving one person and out of nowhere they begin to serve another and forget the one they had already paid attention to; recently I went to ask about the existence of a brand of cat litter the guy who attended me never let me finish explaining the brand and its characteristics and then when I finally called his attention a girl (his friend) arrived and out of nowhere he He launched to greet her and hug her while I was speaking to her, THAT IS A LACK OF RESPECT AND MORE BECAUSE IT IS A CUSTOMER.
