★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no te atienden cuando llegas prefieren estar en el teléfono y platicando pésimo servicio de verdad peor que en el IMSS ?
 Terrible service they don't attend you when you arrive they prefer to be on the phone and talking terrible service really worse than in the IMSS ?

La empresa en que mi esposo trabaja son clientes de esta empresa y mi esposo tenia grabada la cuenta de esta empresa en la aplicacion del banco y hace casi 2 semanas el sabado mi esposo les transfirio un dinero por error una cantidad moderada que no cualquier empresa o persona te devolveria por suerte para nosotros esta empresa es una empresa forjada en valores y ética.
Me comunique y les envie correos con el comprobante de la transferencia y me respondieron y el dia de ayer me presenté a la empresa y me atendio el Sr. Gerente el cual es bastante amable y da la mejor atención. Recomiendo ampliamente esta empresa y les agradezco bastante las molestias que se tomaron en resolver mi caso.
I share my case:
The company where my husband works are clients of this company and my husband had the account of this company recorded in the bank application and almost 2 weeks ago on Saturday my husband transferred money to them by mistake a moderate amount that not any company or person would give you back luckily for us this company is a company forged in values and ethics.
I contacted and sent them emails with the proof of the transfer and they answered me and yesterday I presented myself to the company and was attended by the Mr. Manager who is quite friendly and gives the best attention. I highly recommend this company and I really appreciate the trouble you took to resolve my case.
