★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue 15 minutos antes del cierre y no me dejaron entrar siendo que llamé antes de ir "me dijeron que cerraban a las 6" y no les importó, una viejita y una señora fueron súper groseras. Les dije incluso que no quería ver el catálogo que ya sabía que iba a comprar que solo me lo dieran y pagaba "me dijeron que no" , les comente que aún no eran las 6 y que yo incluso había llamado para asegurar y ni así se dignaron a venderme. Creo que no deberían dar información errónea si llame y pregunte mejor me hubieran dicho "a partir de tal hora ya no damos servicio" . Como no es su negocio son groseras y creo que sino les gusta su trabajo deberías de buscar otra cosa, pero tratar mal a los clientes es un gran error.
I arrived 15 minutes before closing time and they wouldn't let me in since I called before going "they told me they closed at 6" and they didn't care, an old lady and a lady were super rude. I even told them that I did not want to see the catalog that I already knew I was going to buy that they only gave me and paid "they said no", I told them that it was not yet 6 o'clock and that I had even called to make sure and I don't even know they deigned to sell me. I think they should not give wrong information if you call and ask better they would have told me "from that time we no longer give service". As it is not their business they are rude and I think that if they do not like their work you should look for something else, but treating clients badly is a big mistake.
