★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de atención a clientes y expertos en el ramo cerrajero, hablas por teléfono y la persona que contesta no sabe darte información, acudes al negocio y ya nunca tienen nada o desconocen del tema y para atenderte se llevan una eternidad. Contraten gente que sea capaz y sepa sobre el tema y tengan más variado por qué a pesar de que nunca tienen nada dan demasiado caro y nos costa a varios que acudimos a comprar material.
Lack of attention to customers and experts in the locksmith branch, you speak on the phone and the person who answers does not know how to give you information, you go to the business and they never have anything or are unaware of the subject and to assist you they take forever. Hire people who are capable and know about the subject and have more varied why even though they never have anything they give too much expensive and it costs us several that we went to buy material.
