★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Haces el pedido, pasan horas y nunca llegan. Marcamos para preguntar y la srita (también muy falta de empatía y además inútil porque no resuelve nada) que contesta dice que sus compañeros ya pasaron, cosa que no sucede. Después de 7 hr de hacer el pedido llegaron. Y los "descuidados " (por no decir lo que merecen) dejaron la llave cerrada. Son unos incumplidos e incompetentes. El servicio cuesta no es gratis.
 Terrible service. You order, hours go by and they never arrive. We dial to ask and the lady (also very lacking in empathy and also useless because it does not solve anything) who answers says that her colleagues have already passed, which does not happen. After 7 hr of ordering they arrived. And the "careless" (not to say what they deserve) left the key closed. They are unfulfilled and incompetent. The service cost is not free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente.La única línea telefónica la mayor parte del tiempo te marca ocupado . Se solicitó el servicio y los despachadores nunca llegaron. Esperando más de 2 horas para justificar que si acudieron, por una captura de GPS ? NUNCA se presentaron al domicilio. Evítense un mal rato y mejor contraten Gas con Empresas serias y preocupadas de dar una buena atención.
Terrible customer service The one phone line most of the time makes you busy. The service was requested and dispatchers never came. Waiting more than 2 hours to justify that if they came, for a GPS capture ? NEVER showed up at home. Avoid a bad time and better contract Gas with companies that are serious and concerned about giving good service.

Ayer me dijeron que llegarían alrededor de dos horas como máximo lo que debió ser 12:30 del medio día, luego vuelvo a marcar a las 2 pm, y me dicen que los pedidos están atrasados, que como a las 5 pm, y al final ni llegaron. Me dijeron que me lo mandaban al siguiente día! Es un abuso
Terrible service! Terrible service every time I dial it rings, they pick up the phone and hang up at that moment, they may have a lot of work but it is not a justification to do that...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues hasta antes del día de hoy todo estaba bien, hoy no querían pasar la manguera del gas por mi puerta porque la banqueta estaba sucia, que si les podía abrir por otra parte, tuve que limpiar la banqueta para que la manguera no se ensuciara, creo que deberían traer un trapo para la limpieza de la manguera, surtieron mi estacionario pero con cara de asco, no todos vivimos en zonas residenciales, no voy a volver a llamarlos.
