The place is well stocked despite being small. The Service Quality. Normal prices neither wonderful nor expensive. I give it 4 stars because it is on the northern division and there is no where to park. It is a problem if you buy heavy things

Nuestro proyecto era un piso para gym. Recibimos asesoría puntual, compramos lo necesario y lo instalamos con pocas herramientas.
Volveremos porque ya tenemos en mente nuevas remodelaciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son buenos, pero la asesoría/seguimiento/atención a cliente no es la mejor. Realicé el pedido de persianas y quedamos en que yo pasaría por ellas (ellos suelen entregarlas y los clientes pagar en efectivo la diferencia que quedó a cubrir) solo tenían que avisar cuando estuviera listo mi pedido.
Me marcaron por la mañana que ya estaban afuera de mi domicilio y yo estaba en oficina trabajando, no pude recogerlas en tienda porque "aún no las regresaban" y que si las quería a domicilio ya tenía un costo extra porque ya se habían "previamente enviado". ??
Con esos detalles es buena idea revisar con los otros locales vecinos (cruzando la avenida) y tal vez tener un mejor servicio. Leí una opinión negativa con respuesta por parte de ellos donde solicitan el nombre y qué sucedió cuando la persona claramente explica todo, es el ejemplo del servicio que brindan... Lo hacen sin atención al detalle.
The prices are good, but the advice/monitoring/customer service is not the best. I ordered the blinds and we agreed that I would pick them up (they usually deliver them and customers pay the difference in cash that was left to cover) they only had to let me know when my order was ready.
They told me in the morning that they were already outside my home and I was in the office working, I couldn't pick them up at the store because "they hadn't returned them yet" and that if I wanted them at home it already had an extra cost because they had already been "previously sent ". ??
With these details, it is a good idea to check with the other neighboring establishments (across the avenue) and perhaps have a better service. I read a negative review with a response from them where they ask for the name and what happened when the person clearly explains everything, it is the example of the service they provide... They do it without attention to detail.
