Terrible service! The experience that I am still having with the manager of the company called Alicia the seller Dalia is very unfortunate. I made an order more than a month ago and at the insistence of the two people who were attending me, I made the full payment of the material, it took a month to send me a type of material that I did not even ask for and obviously I returned it and requested the return of my money. Currently they have not had the attention to call me neither Alicia nor Dalia to give me a solution, much less answer my calls or my messages. Avoid many problems, I do not recommend it at all. If I could, I wouldn't put a single star on it !!

If in sales they put someone really trained and not that lady who serves reluctantly they would not have these comments. When it finally arrives after 20 phone calls, you realize that the material they sent you is of poor quality, the ugliest they found is what they send you. The truth is frustrating. The same thing happens every time I buy, I recommend that you think twice before buying. Ideally, take your truck so that you can choose yourself and take it away instantly. Administrator, please do not ask me for my purchase details to know my particular case since the same thing happens every day with all clients, better focus on addressing those deficiencies.
