If I could give zero stars I would give them. My worst shopping experience. And the administrator of the Apodaca branch the worst attitude of service, rude and lack of education. I would not recommend anyone to buy there.

Compre una sala la cuál me entregaron defectuosa, un lado de la sala está dañado con la tela colgada y sin terminación y enmedio del asiento una costura donde se rompió la tela y nadamas la cosieron
No la pude checar al momento de la entrega por qué una de las personas que entrego estaba molesta por qué la sala estaba muy pesada y ya se quería ir.
Tengo casi dos semanas llamando y enviando mensajes sin respuesta para la garantía
Lousy furniture
I bought a room which was delivered to me defective, one side of the room is damaged with the fabric hanging and unfinished and in the middle of the seat a seam where the fabric broke and they just sewed it
I couldn't check it at the time of delivery why one of the people I delivered was upset because the room was too heavy and they wanted to leave.
I have almost two weeks calling and texting with no response for warranty
