★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar tiene buen surtido y muy buen producto y buenos precios, lo malo es la atención al cliente, no es la primera vez que voy y te atienden con pocas ganas, pides ayuda o asesoría y se hacen las sordas o te dicen así a secas, no se.. Preferiría que hubiera gente capacitada para asesorar sobre tratamientos, colores, marcas o de perdido sean amables... También he llevado a conocidas a este lugar y tristemente han tenido el mal rato de no sentirse a gusto con el personal, por su falta de amabilidad...

Desafortunadamente resalta la falta de estacionamiento, pago con tarjeta, la hostilidad de sus letreros afuera, (aunque les falte uno que diga si está abierta la puerta o no), pero sobretodo, de manera muy contundente la pobre, rayando en mediocre, atención al cliente. Es la primera vez que una dependiente me voltea los ojos y literalmente se da la vuelta y me deja hablando; de no ser por que me urgía el producto no habría comprado ahí y francamente si estas leyendo esto, te recomiendo que si es posible vayas mejor a otro lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantan los productos y los precios que se manejan ahí, lo malo es que las empleadas dan mal trato a los clientes siempre recibo mal trato, la verdad que nunca volveré porque no es la primera vez siempre que vendo es lo mismo, deberían de cambiar el personal ya que son muy malas y no están capacitadas para el trabajo yo creo que tienen que ser mas amables y atender tus dudas que por eso están ahí!!!
De verdad que mal que este ese tipo de personas atendiendo te voltean la cara y te dejan hablando sola ya van 2 veces que me dejan afuera y no me quieren atender ya estuve investigando y no soy la única, si estas leyendo esto mejor no vallas, que solo tendrás una mala experiencia :(
