Tengo un jetta 2010 al cual se le daño una toma de agua y aproveche para cambiarle todas las tomas de agua, yo mismo compre en autozone las tomas y lo lleve a este taller ( presupuesto inicial $600), resulta que al quitar las tomas bruscamente dañaron el radiador y tuve que comprarles uno nuevo ($1,350), al cambiar el radiador el pago incluyo el cambio de termostato, se me entrego el carro en 24 hrs y al salir a dos tres cuadras me empezo a tirar todo el anticogelante por que no habian apretado bien una de las mangueras por lo que acudi y me cobraron el relleno anticongelante ($250), posteriormente ese mismo dia se empezo a calentar el carro, acudi al dia siguiente y me dicen que le faltaba anticongelante y que era todo, por la tarde se calento el carro y acudi y por ser sabado no tenian tiempo de revisarlo y que hasta el lunes lo llevara temprano., Ya despues de mucha paciencia decidi acudir a otro mecanico en radiadores y le explique lo sucedido , revisamos el carro y nos percatamos que el termostato estaba montado al revès y era de mala calidad, este mecanico en 20 min me resolvio el problema, aproveche y le puse un termostato original de 400 pesos y me cobraron $300 pesos de mano de obra y revision. Resumiendo: De solo ser el problema inicial una toma en mal estado , en el primer taller inicialmente me cobrarian $600 pesos por mano de obra de cambio de tomas de agua y termine pagando en total $2000 pesos incluyendo el nuevo radiador que no ocupaba y 1 bote de anticongelante que tuve que pagar solo por que el mecanico no apreto bien una manguera. Lo unico bueno fue que el dueño siempre fue amable y se ve que es una buena persona el problema al parecer fue el mecanico encargado de los radiadores que le falta mucha experiencia y por uno salen pagando todos. Recomiendo acudir a un taller especializado en radiadores o bien acudir a un taller de mecanica general con experiencia. Fui demasiado paciente y les perdone los cobros por falta de tiempo de andar reclamando, la verdad no fue una buena experiencia, fue todo lo contrario al otro taller. Saludos. I recommend going to a workshop specialized in radiators or going to an experienced general mechanics workshop.
