★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa consolidada con miras de desarrollo, pero una pésima administración y atención al cliente, cambian cada poco de personal, dejan al cliente sin servicio cuando se les antoja, los supervisores no dan la cara ante las quejas o sugerencias, prefieren dar de baja al cliente que pasar a visitarlo, si compran poco o no compras 3 semanas seguidas también te dan de baja, a veces condicionan la venta o le ponen límite cuando quieres comprar por mayoreo alguna oferta. No es extraño que teniendo ese tipo de administradores y supervisores cuando llegue a su negocio algún preventista le mienta diciendo que es nuevo y que le acaban de asignar la ruta cuando ya tiene tiempo laborando en la empresa y ruta pero no quería pasar a visitarle.
Consolidated company with a view to development, but poor administration and customer service, they change every little staff, they leave the customer without service when they feel like it, the supervisors do not face complaints or suggestions, they prefer to terminate the customer than to visit it, if they buy little or do not buy 3 weeks in a row they also unsubscribe you, sometimes they condition the sale or put a limit when you want to buy an offer in bulk. It is not strange that having this type of administrators and supervisors when a preventive agent arrives at your business lies to you saying that you are new and that they have just assigned the route when you already have time working in the company and route but did not want to visit you.
