I bought memories and they came out bad !! customers returned them to me! I went to complain and a VERY PICUDO BROWN CAME OUT SAYING THAT THEY COULD NO LONGER BE CHANGED! and that you bring them the invoice where you had bought them from them! WATERS WITH THESE PICUDOS !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un mes compré tres lámparas de 180w y una de 120 , me falló una de 180w solo las uso los fines de semana en una quinta y al llegar el que se identificó como el encargado me dijo que solo tienen 7 días de garantía ,¿Cómo es posible que solo 7 días ?!!!! Ni los focos de las casas tiene tan poco, no quiso ni siquiera revisar si estaba dañada o golpeada solo no procede y listo , la verdad que mugrero de productos y servicio !! Revisaré dónde se les puede hacer responsables de este pésimo servicio, ya que no cuestan cualquier cosa.
A month ago I bought three 180w lamps and one 120, one of 180w failed me, I only use them on weekends in a fifth and when the one who identified himself as the manager arrived, he told me that they only have a 7-day guarantee, how is it possible that only 7 days?!!!!
