★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una compra en Mercadolibre, y me mandaron la pieza equivocada, después estuve marcando muchas veces a la bodega, les mandé mensajes y me ignoraron, les dije que erar urgente y les valió, en la bodega después de varias llamadas me contestaron me iban a pasar a la persona responsable y me colgaron y luego ya no me volvieron a contestar e ignoraron mis mensajes, pésimo servicio. No vuelvo a comprarles nada por mercadolibre y no me vuelvo a parar en sus tiendas, pésima atención.
I made a purchase at Mercadolibre, and they sent me the wrong piece, then I called the warehouse many times, I sent them messages and they ignored me, I told them it was urgent and it was worth it, at the warehouse after several calls they answered me they were going to go to the responsible person and they hung up on me and then they didn't answer me again and ignored my messages, terrible service. I will never buy anything from you again through MercadoLibre and I will never stop at your stores again, terrible service.
