★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio de lo peor, tratando de comunicarme a refacciones más de 1 hora y nadamas pasan la llamada de una extensión a otra sin que nadie conteste, que pésimo servicio.
 Worst service, trying to communicate with parts for more than 1 hour and they just pass the call from one extension to another without anyone answering, what a terrible service.

Los precios de las piezas siguen teniendo un coste elevado por ser Mopar (buena marca, piezas originales, pero su relación costo-calidad no es competitiva).
El Ingeniero en Jefe del Servicio es muy profesional pues tiene profundo conocimiento de su área. A la par, la persona que agenda las citas es igualmente profesional y además muy amable.
Por tanto, recomiendo el servicio de diagnóstico y mantenimiento, e igualmente la compra de piezas para mantenimiento del motor y los sistemas relevantes para el funcionamiento del vehículo que se lleve a servicio.
El valor agregado es la profesionalidad del personal; asimismo, su propuesta de valor está en las detalladas, completas y muy bien argumentadas explicaciones del Jefe de Mantenimiento (Ing. Rocha).

Parts prices are still high cost for being Mopar (good brand, original parts, but not competitive value for money).
The Chief Engineer of the Service is very professional as he has deep knowledge of his area. At the same time, the person who schedules the appointments is equally professional and also very friendly.
Therefore, I recommend the diagnostic and maintenance service, and also the purchase of parts for engine maintenance and the relevant systems for the operation of the vehicle that is taken into service.
The added value is the professionalism of the staff; likewise, its value proposal is in the detailed, complete and very well argued explanations of the Head of Maintenance (Ing. Rocha).
