En el primer lugar tienen poco surtido de autos.
En segundo lugar el personal te trata demasiado formal.
En 3r lugar el servicio a mis vehículos fue pesado en los últimos años.
4o, mantienen precios de servicio demásiadós altos en materiales y servicios.
Y al final la área de exhibición no es acogedor para nada!
A disappointing Agency.
In the first place they have little assortment of cars.
Secondly the staff treats you too formal.
In 3rd place, the service to my vehicles was heavy in recent years.
4th, they maintain service prices that are too high for materials and services.
And in the end the display area is not welcoming at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De incio no muy recomendable que digamos , ya que he observado varios fallos en autos nuevos en especifico el Dodge atitude , ese tipo de carro ha presentado defecto de fabricacion de los rines, fallas apenas en su segundo dia , las llantas se bajan no es muy clara ó al llevarlo al taller de servicio te tratan hasta que se le su bendita gana , en fin ?♂️
At the beginning, it is not highly recommended to say, since I have observed several failures in new cars, specifically the Dodge Attitude, that type of car has presented a manufacturing defect in the wheels, failures only on their second day, the tires are lowered, it is not very clear or when you take it to the service workshop they treat you until they feel like it, anyway ? ♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i specifically asked for an oil change, front drive shaft lubrication, and tire rotation, because that was all my truck required at this time per the manual. after picking up the truck and reading the receipt, they did at least change the oil. but they did not rotate the tires or lube the driveshaft. and instead they "cleaned and adjusted the brakes" for $566 pesos!, replaced the air filter (which I had done not long before) for $1500 pesos!, charged $49 pesos for "windshield cleaning", $75 pesos for "cleaning the motor", among other things. And they did not even set the tire air pressure ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to locate, even if it gets a little slow on waiting time. Prices are very good considering the quality of service and maintenance. They gave me back my car completely clean and sanitized.
Arrive to your appointment early preferably, since the service can get delayed due to other customers or situations in the agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service however, What a ripoff I got charged 3000 pesos for a basic oil change, my truck wasn’t washed after they stated it was a free option. My interior looks awful and all the settings where changed in my truck. Add insult to injury the truck has water marks and stains all over from incorrect washing.
