★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He tenido el mismo problema cuatro veces y no pueden solucionarlo ni con la ayuda según de planta. Muy mal servicio, te dicen que te van a llamar y dos días después te llaman para decirte que aun no pueden repararlo. No parecen estar comprometidos y según son Five Star. Muy decepcionado del servicio y del vehículo.
I have had the same problem four times and they cannot solve it even with the help according to the plant. Very bad service, they tell you that they are going to call you and two days later they call to tell you that they still cannot repair it. They do not appear to be engaged and according to Five Star. Very disappointed in the service and the vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo está aviso Fiat porque ya no tienen esa marca, la atención es pésima de hecho me dieron la información la promotora en el estacionamiento de visitantes; más informal y poco cortés no pudo ser. No regreso más y no les recomiendo esa agencia de autos.
Only Fiat is posted because they no longer have that brand, the attention is terrible, in fact the promoter gave me the information in the visitor parking lot; more informal and not very courteous could not be. I won't come back anymore and I don't recommend that car agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre llevo mi RAM a la agencia para hacerle servicio o arreglar alguna falla, esta vez estaba de paso por Querétaro y me encontré que el servicio es muy lento, ya que después de pedir cita y llevarla a las 8 de la mañana necesitan de 3 días solo para darme el diagnostico ( según ellos es que las RAM son delicadas y difíciles) como si fuese una nave de la NASA o yo que se... Opte por sacarla de ese taller y buscar otro más competente y con ganas de trabajar. NO LO RECOMIENDO.
I always take my RAM to the agency to service it or fix a fault, this time I was passing through Querétaro and I found that the service is very slow, since after making an appointment and taking it at 8 in the morning they need 3 days just to give me the diagnosis (according to them it is that the RAM are delicate and difficult) as if it were a NASA ship or I don't know... I chose to take it out of that workshop and look for another more competent and eager to work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sells used cars. But beware! The cars are not properly papered. After buying a car there my friend has spent over two months trying to get his Liscensce plates and cannot do so because of improper paperwork provided by the dealership. No support to fix the issue from the dealership. Simply no proper support to correct things!
