The condo was brand new and not 100% complete, there were some minor things still being finished.
The property is beautiful and in a great location. Being only a 1/2 block off 5th avenue we found the noise at night to be relatively minimal.
The staff was absolutely wonderful, extremely friendly, I can’t say enough good things about all of them. They made us feel welcome, comfortable and safe. Iris the rental manager is a real gem and fantastic at what she does, a real asset to her company. She was super friendly, accommodating and very responsive to any messages we sent and in person. We did have a couple of small problems during our stay but she was quick to make them right and we were 100% happy with our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, they have a beautiful rooftop . In my opinion this is not exactly a hotel , it’s like a private and contemporary condo right in 5th Avenue. Starbucks is right there and you can walk to the shopping stores. The only Inconvenience is the Parking lot if you drive a car, you gotta find your own place, there is a parking lot 1 block away from distrito corazon. In general I recommend this place and we’ll be back for the next visit in Playa del Carmen. Thank you Pepe and Iris for taking care of us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roof closes at 11 cannot relax there late and enjoy the breeze. The front entrance door is open, management us unable to manage giving the code to short term visitors. Most units do not have a view, condo built in front blocking the view.

Perfect Location in the heart of 5th Avenue plenty restaurants, bars and by the beautiful beach plenty excursions; tour guides in walking distance no need for a car perfect stay for your vacation
