★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre en su tienda de Palacio y quiero hacer dos observaciones en cuanto al servicio:
Compre accesorios para hacer un regalo y pedí lo arreglaran para regalo y que por el momento no lo ponen para regalo, entonces pónmelo en una bolsa de la marca que he visto que si las dan y que no tienen bolsas desde el año pasado... ojo que no es parte del servicio ?
Y me dieron las pulseras en cajitas de la marca que son de cartón, compré 3 pulseras y un dije este viene en cajita de metal muy bonita por cierto pero las de cartón todas rotas me las pegaron con diuréx para que se quedaran cerradas.
Y solo me dieron unos papeles de China de la marca para que yo lo arregle, que bueno sería que ustedes hagan ese tipo de cosas no nosotros los clientes, no quedan ganas de volverles a comprar !
Muy mal Distroller deben de poner más atención en esos detalles !
Buy at your Palacio store and I want to make two observations regarding the service:
I bought accessories to make a gift and I asked them to fix it as a gift and that at the moment they do not put it as a gift, then put it in a bag of the brand that I have seen that they do give them and they have not had bags since last year ... eye that is not part of the service?
And they gave me the bracelets in boxes of the brand that are made of cardboard, I bought 3 bracelets and a pendant this comes in a very nice metal box by the way but the cardboard, all broken, they were glued to me with diurex so that they would stay closed.
And they only gave me some papers from China of the brand so that I could fix it, how good it would be for you to do that kind of thing, not us customers, there is no desire to buy from them again!
Too bad Distroller must pay more attention to those details!
