★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hija está fascinada con Distroller, sin embargo la atención a sus clientes es pésima, el numero telefonico solo es una grabación pues nunca nadie lo contesta; me urge una solución a un pedido que realice el 25 de julio y que después de cuatro días de haberlo recibido "incompleto" no he podido contactar a nadie y por lo mismo no hay solución.
 My daughter is fascinated with Distroller, however the customer service is lousy, the phone number is just a recording because no one ever answers it; I urgently need a solution to an order that I made on July 25 and that after four days of receiving it "incomplete" I have not been able to contact anyone and therefore there is no solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo es posible que en época de Navidad no tengan el KKITO EVACUADOR!!! estoy buscando por toda la ciudad y todas las boutiques de distroller dicen que llegan hasta marzo! Si son productos hechos en México deberían haber previsto tanta demanda de juguetes en esta época! Si estuviera la fábrica en china ?? voy de acuerdo con todo el proceso de importación pero son mexicanos! Que vergüenza!
How is it possible that at Christmas time they do not have the EVACUATOR KKITO !!! I'm searching all over the city and all the distroller boutiques say they go through March! If they are products made in Mexico, they should have anticipated so much demand for toys at this time! If the factory were in China I agree with the whole import process but they are Mexican! What a shame!

I made an order, and they did not send me what I asked for, I have dialed the number and no one answers me. I am interested in being resolved with my refund or that they send me what I asked for ... what arrived needed to tell me how to return it, or if someone You know the extension, I would appreciate it if you share it with me.
