★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré los libros de Inglés de la Esc.de Idiomas de la Normal. No había gente cuando fui, me atendieron rápido. Para mí un poco complicado para llegar, nada que no se arregle con goggle maps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está algo escondido, pero si se llega sin mucho problema, ya yo no tuve mucha suerte de encontrar lo que buscaba ya que había pasado 1 mes del inicio de clases pero te ofrecen la opción de pagar el libro sobre pedido y tenerlo en un máximo de 2 semanas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca había tenido problemas con los productos, sin embargo en este ciclo 2021-2022 me entregaron un Libro INCOMPLETO ( le faltan casi 20 hojas ).
Considero muy importante atender estos defectos de calidad, ya que, no son productos de costos significativos para tener un producto defectuoso.
Por cierto, aun no me dan respuesta en todos los medios de contacto que hice el reporte.
I had never had problems with the products, however in this 2021-2022 cycle they gave me an INCOMPLETE Book (almost 20 pages are missing).
I consider it very important to address these quality defects, since they are not significant cost products to have a defective product.
By the way, they still haven't given me an answer in all the means of contact that I made the report.
