I had good service, but bad workmanship. A complete overhaul of my weed eater and the screw for the air cleaner cover was stripped into a brand new carburator. I'll maybe update after tomorrow's visit. I was back in yesterday, to get the repair repaired. The tech told me it's a design issue. It happens frequently. There is a 15 day warranty on labor that I was unaware of. Some of the work will be free and some not. I am happy with the result
