L	Luisa Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo el lugar en lo absoluto. Yo hice la cita para una esterilización de una gatita, pero mi esposo acudió para dejarla en su cita. A él le exigieron firmar un contrato en donde se especifica que pueden hacer procedimientos extras sin consentimiento del dueño y serán cobrados. Eso en ningún momento me lo dijeron a mí. Si van a realizar procedimientos, entonces pidan estudios previos, pero obligar al cliente a aceptar hasta el momento de la cita es una muestra de falta de profesionalismo y honestidad. Cuando se negó a firmar, quisieron "negociar" los términos, lo cual da a entender que mañosamente ponen esa cláusula. Acudan a lugares más serios y transparentes. ACTUALIZACIÓN: Una señorita me llamó y básicamente me acosó vía telefónica para decir que se le hizo un escándalo y que se les aventó un papel a la cara, lo cual es falso. Creo que eso es suficiente para aumentar la alerta que deben de tener las personas con este lugar porque te acosan si no les dejas una reseña de 5 estrellas. I do not recommend the place at all. I made an appointment for a kitten sterilization, but my husband came to drop her off at her appointment. He was required to sign a contract specifying that they can do extra procedures without the owner's consent and they will be charged. That at no time did they tell me. If you are going to perform procedures, then ask for preliminary studies, but forcing the client to accept until the time of the appointment is a sign of lack of professionalism and honesty. When he refused to sign, they wanted to "negotiate" the terms, which suggests that they cleverly put that clause. Go to more serious and transparent places. UPDATE: A lady called me and basically harassed me over the phone to say that she had a scandal and that a paper was thrown in their face, which is false. I think that's enough to raise people's awareness of this place because they will harass you if you don't leave them a 5-star review.

I	Ivan St on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención por parte las 2 personas que estan, instalaciones muy agradables, mucha variedad en accesorios, se enfocan en la atencion y bienestar de nuestros fieles amigos, tiene un 2ndo nivel para estadia. La ubicación esta al fondo de la plaza sugiero matener la puerta de cristal abierta y un poco de mas publicidad. Lamentablemente la plaza esta muy sola se ve abandonada.
