Compre una cajas de loseta y todo muy bien en la compra y muy amables, hasta que por error me di cuenta que me había equivocado en 2 cajas en el color, solicité el cambio a los dos días y solo me cambiaron una y no de la mejor manera. Su excusa es que es por lotes. En mi experiencia no vuelvo a comprar aquí. Aunque legalmente tenían la obligación de hacerme la devolución. En fin. Hay mejores tiendas y a mejor precio.
