We rented a scooter there and had a great time with it. Although I lost the key at the beach... Daniel helped me without any troubles - he delivered us a new scooter and organized the towing of the other scooter, so that we could enjoy the rest of the day with a scooter. And they charged me a really fair amount for the new key they had to remake. All the time the whole team was perfectly accommodating although of the stress I caused. We felt like we were in good hands. I would also try to book a tour with them next time I'm in Tulum. It was a pleasure! Thanks and until the next time :)

We rented 2 scooter from this place and they were absolutely trash… We rented from this place very spontaneously and when we were about to head out, we noticed that the breakers were not working that well. Daniel said ”yes but you seem to be good drivers”. Also, the speedmeter were not working and the exhaustedpipe didn’t have a cover. The tank was also half full and the scooter was broken in many ways and was shaking a lot when you drove it. Please notice that this wasn’t something Daniel informed us about, we had to notice it ourself and unfortunately we had to pay for this. My sister got burned on the leg from the exhausted pipe and the second night I also got burned. We informed Daniel about this and he didn’t want to give some of the money back, neither bandage for the damage his scooters caused us. He didn’t meet us well at all, I actually had higher hopes. I recommend you to go somewhere else or at least be very very careful when you rent from this place.

Daniel helped us book a nice tour to Sian Kaan. The tour included boat both to and from the reserve which judging by the lousy roads was a perfect idea. Thanks for the help Daniel!
