I dived four days in November and would completely recommend this company. I'm a fairly experienced diver but had never dived in the Cenotes before. I was happy that I simply asked the very efficient owner to suggest a programme of which ones to visit. Everything was done with great attention to safety and with great respect to this enchanting but fragile environment. A very special experience. I stayed in Playa and came to Akumel every day on the collevtivo vans, very cheap and easy, takes about 30mins.

I had an incredible time diving! We went to the cenote Ponderosa / Jardin del Eden and it was definitely one of the most beautiful dives in my diving career! Incredible light effect, endless visibility, super interesting formations and halocline and thermocline. And we even got lucky enough to see a little cenote crocodile!! Gisela was a fantastic guide, extremely sweet and personalable, explained everything in detail, super professional and fun at the same time. Upfront communication with Sunsanne was as perfect as well, everything was organized on point and they even took the time to meet up with me the next day to give me my mask I had forgotten. Highly recommend diving with these ladies, and generally cenote diving as an incredible experience even for seasoned divers - it’ll be different in so many ways from what you’re used to from ocean dives.

My wife and I went Cavern diving with this shop and had an incredible experience. I would love to return and get my cave diving certification with them. The dive shop was great with communication leading up to our trip. Our guide was Gisela and she was fantastic. We felt very safe diving with her in these unique overhead conditions, despite our open water certification levels.

I did my full cave course with Dive Cenotes Mexico in January 2020 - an incredible experience. On the one hand, the cenotes in Mexico are of course a dream, but Susanne with her professionalism and expertise, without neglecting the fun, made the course unique. She picked me up exactly at my level of knowledge and built on it without judging from my previous knowledge / training. I felt very safe and, above all, comfortable and treated equally. Although the course was very demanding, I wasn't feeling stressed or pressured by her presence. I was able to quickly put aside my fear of making mistakes and concentrate entirely on my training. During my course I was able to explore many different cenotes, the photos I received are a special extra. I had such a great time that I ended up booking a few extra cenote dives. Same as during the course, the dive sites and dives were selected and planned together according to our wishes, and not simply dictated. The small group size (only me and my buddy) made the experience perfect. I can highly recommend Susanne and her team.

Probably the best dive operation in Riviera Maya. The owner Susanne and her staff will ensure you get the best out of your dive trips in the region. Her knowledge of the cave and cenote systems is incredible.
