DIVE HOUSE - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

Stayed at Secrets Aura and dive with Dive house. Rental equipment was very good. Dive masters were professional and let customers maximize there bottom time. I saw them cater to customers with special needs. Dives were very organized and boat assignments were clear.

First: Declined to do a AOW here as they were by far the most expensive in the area (including taxi fare) and they would not reduce the price for having your own gear. Second: We were staying at the resort and went to check out the dive store. Not one person was willing to talk to us or initiate conversation with us. Third: After diving for a few days with another company, we had 'leisure money' that we chose to use at The Dive House. Again, the staff were not friendly and did not want to help us. Then we were charged extra for a bigger tank (the other dive store did not charge) and extra for nitro (we declined the nitro, but free upgrade at other dive store). The dive master was great, but the all around feeling with the dive stop was very poor. Would not recommend it when there are so many other dive shops.

My boyfriend doesn't have diving certificate, but I do, so we did 4 dives 40 feet deep, and it was so beautiful, Viktor was great! I came back and did another dive with master Lorena, she is AMAZING! I'll definitely come back to dive with her!

Just got back from my first trip to to cozumel and I had the pleasure of doing 3 separate excursions with dive house. We went through 5 tanks. Our entire experience was phenomenal!! Adrian was our leader for each dive. He took his time dealing with us, 2 out of the 3 were first timers. His training prior to our dives was thorough and he paid special attention to the female in our group, she did not acclimate to scuba very well at first. Having only our group of three for each dive was very nice. We cant say enough nice things about Adrian and the dive house staff. Adrian consistently went above and beyond with his attention to detail and willingness to go out of his way to make our experience comfortable (equipment fitment etc) and unique.

Best diving experience I've ever had. I rented my gear from them and was surprised that I didn't have to carry my gear. They carried everything and even rigged it for me. Totally stress free. Basically, I just got on the boat, put my gear on, and jumped in when we got to the dive sight. What I really liked was that the dive master deployed a bouy so anybody low on air could make their deco stop without making the whole group end their dive. And the boat backed right up to you so you didn't have to swim to the boat at all. I guess the only complaint I have was that they didn't have an afternoon dive. I recommend these guys to anyone.

Just got done with a week of Diving on Dive House III, the crew were great, very safety conscious and made sure everyone saw all the cool stuff, sharks, eels, turtles sea horse and many more. Very helpful and patient with those that needed some extra help, we will be back for sure.

This past week had the pleasure of diving with DiveHouse. The group that I went with and myself were very satisfied with the service that Dive House has to offer. The boat staff (divemaster, guide & captain) are very attentive, helpful and friendly. There was never a dull moment on the boat or underwater. The divemaster and guide were on the ball pointing ot marine life, specifically the ones that hide and the very small. Also great job rinsing and taking care of ones gear while diving the week with them. Excelente service and highly recommended.

Dove two days with Dive House from Secrets Aura. There is a small manned boot on the premises but lacking facilities to rinse / store your equipment. Convenient boat pick-ups at the pier. Comfortable boats, not too crowded. Skilled dive master with very good knowledge of the reef, but sometimes taking it a bit too fast. Offering daily morning dives (night dives only if there’s sufficient interest).
