Amazing diving experience with a professional team that always watched out for my safety and comfort. Prices are fair. Located inside a big resort hotel.

Mauricio was our guide from Dive X at the Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda resort. We were staying at this resort so did not mind the short delay when waiting for the late boat to head out for our dive. We did a short refresher lesson in the pool as it had been a few years since we had last dived. Mauri was knowledgeable about the two dive sites that we explored and pointed out eels, lobsters, and took us through a tunnel. He was friendly, patient and kind and he helped make our dive day a successful one. He even had his own personal stamp for our dive log. Thanks Mauricio!

It was a great time diving with Eduardo and the team. The service was excellent and we felt really comfortable there. Unfortunatley we were unable to do more then four dives, but we will definitley come back!

The best experience with the best instructor. I never done any diving in my life before, even no snorkeling. But with Mauri I made two different locations just after pool training. Mauri and the whole crew was very professional and I felt safe at every step of the journey.  Will highly recommend.

Excellent diving experience for me and my 13 year old son! We had 4 dives during our stay in Mexico. We were diving with Divemaster and the crew of several professionals… last two dives we stayed with Mauri and Carla and we had an amazing time at the reef and shipwreck. I felt 100% safe and taken care of. We had briefing prior each dive. All our questions were always answered. I have only been diving for 3 years with my son and have used multiple diving companies all over the world and these guys are hands down amazing. We will certainly use them again and I can’t wait to do the advance training next time. I wish I remembered all their names but we loved everyone and they couldn’t be more prepared, helpful, encouraging and made us feel as their top priority. All equipment was provided to us if needed free of charge, unlike many other places you have to pay for each item. They also gave us link to an amazing photos they took while we were busy exploring the reef! 5/5 starts for these guys. We LOVED everything and everyone!

Excellent dive shop; wonderful professional, expert staff. Thank you for pool training, Ivan, picking us up, Fernando, taking our photos, Mauro, and guiding our Discovery Dive, Mauri, and Hector for dropping us off. They took great care of us and made it possible to overcome our hesitation, especially Mauri- gracias. Mauro made our video and took photos that are far superior and artistic to any we could have done. Gracias! We highly recommend for your scuba diving.

I went to dive in the Dos Ojos and El Pit Cenotes with a friend and we had a great experience! Our guide was called Mauri, who also picked us up from the hotel in Playa del Carmen and drove us to the Cenotes. He's also fluent in english, which I learned is not a given in Mexico. The communication (we used whatsapp to confirm what gear/sizes we needed) was really easy, quick and almost 24/7. Mauri was a really nice and professional guy who kept looking after us but still left us the freedom (after checking we were capable) to use our own cameras and take some good shots of ourselves. All in all a great experience and I wholeheartedly recommend to go diving with this company.

A cool team. I booked the royal package. Cenotes: an unforgettable experience in dos ojos and the pitt. Whilst diving i am more interested in marine life rather than the scenery but this was worth it. Local reef: short: i never seen that many schools of fish in one dive... i have dived in egypt where the variety of fish is much bigger but i never seen THAT many fish as here. Totally worth it. Cozumel: sadly i cannot give feedback there. My dive was canceled due to heavy winds... However the team is very friendly and cool guys :) they even offered us to drop us in playa del carmen because they had to drive that way anyway. Cheers out to Fernando, Jacobo and Enrique.
