★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, aparte un brincolin 10 días antes de mi evento y me aseguraron que lo traerían, lo pedí a las 12 del día, llamé a la 1 y me dijeron que ahorita me regresaban la llamada y nunca llamaron, estuve llame y llame y me mandaban a buzón y obviamente el brincolin nunca llegó, tuve que moverme rápido para conseguir un brincolin de último momento para la fiesta de mi hijo. Si no quieren pasar un mal rato, no renten aquí.
Terrible service, apart from a jumper 10 days before my event and they assured me that they would bring it, I asked for it at 12 noon, I called at 1 and they told me that right now they would call me back and they never called, I kept calling and calling and I they sent to the mailbox and obviously the bouncer never arrived, I had to move quickly to get a last minute bouncer for my son's party. If you don't want to have a bad time, don't rent here.
