★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se apartó un inflable de Mickey mouse este jueves pasado y ya presentaba un rotura a lo que Ramón aseguró que era normal, quedó formal de llevarlo el viernes o a más tardar hoy sábado a las 8 am lo cual no pasó, nos cansamos de tratar de comunicarnos hasta que contesto como a las 9 y media am argumentando que no se llevó por que lo iban a tener afuera al aire libre pero que ya iban venían en camino lo que pasó es que lo llevaron a una dirección equivocada.
Hoy son las 5 y media y es la hora es que no podemos inflarlo por que la rasgadura que Ramón aseguró que era normal, seguimos tratando de comunicarnos con el y ahora ya no contesta, su falta de atención nos deja suponer que no quiere contestar por que en la mañana solo atendió hasta que se le hablo de un número diferente y ahora como ya lo tiene registrado seguro no quiere contestar. Lamentamos mucho esta falta de atención y pésima calidad de producto.
An inflatable Mickey Mouse was removed this past Thursday and it already had a break to which Ramón assured was normal, it was formal to take it on Friday or at the latest today Saturday at 8 am which did not happen, we got tired of trying to communicate until he answered about 9:30 am arguing that he did not take him because they were going to have him outside in the open air but that they were already on their way what happened is that they took him to the wrong direction.
Today is half past 5 and it is time that we cannot inflate it because the tear that Ramón assured was normal, we continue trying to communicate with him and now he no longer answers, his lack of attention lets us suppose that he does not want to answer for That in the morning he only answered until he was told about a different number and now, as he has already registered, he sure does not want to answer. We are very sorry for this lack of care and poor product quality.
