Diverspoint- the place for your next Dive! Ramona and Johan, the owners of the Diverspoint are really lovely and warm-hearted persons with a huge knowledge about diving. I did my PADI Divemaster training and certification here. During my training I had the opportunity to watch behind the scene and I can tell you that this guys are well organized and prepared for every eventuality would might come up during a dive. The Equipment is always well maintenance and in a excellent condition, every safety standard is doubled checked aswell as the Tanks. So if you are looking for a reliable, professional and personal diving Shop to become a diver or for going for a fun dive - this is the Shop! Diving with Johan was a blast. If you are looking for a really enjoyable experience, great diving, great conversation then go see Johan. I had an excellent dive trip and met some genuinely nice people in Johan and Ramona. We had an inexperienced diver with us and Johan took her under his wing, which allowed her partner and myself (experienced divers) to roam around. Everyone was pleased with the experience despite the less than stellar visibility (due to wind & waves). It least felt like a hard push for profit dive shop. I've been diving all over the peninsula and found this dive shop to be refreshing and really comfortable.

My 17 year old daughter and I completed our PADI open water diving with Johan last week whilst on holiday in Puerto Morelos, we also did 2 fun dives with him so 6 dives in total and were very happy with our experience. The Diverspoint shop is conveniently located in the centre of Puerto Morelos, just a couple of minutes walk from the taxi rank. Johan and Ramona are a lovely couple who run their dive centre very efficiently. We made contact with them from home in the UK via e-mail and had good communications with them before our trip. Johan is a very good and experienced instructor who gave us a lot of helpful tips and was very patient with us but also very thorough. We both liked his style of teaching and felt very safe with him at all times, he also has good equipment. Johan also has an excellent knowledge of the local reefs and was able to take us to some great spots where we saw a lot of fish, including lion fish, stone fish, moray eels, lobsters and, the highlight of our trip, being checked out by a massive, inquisitive, loggerhead turtle. Overall a really great experience, thanks to Joahan and Ramona. It felt like a real privilege to have the opportunity to explore this underwater paradise and it has given us both a very positive start with scuba diving and I am sure will be the start of many more scuba diving adventures. Highly recommended.

We did a snorkeling trip with Diverspoint. They advised us for the right day to go, regarding to the weather and they are cheaper than other places. The trip itself was professional and very nice. Johan and Ramona are incredible nice and kind people who were also not shy to answer all of our diving and not diving relevant questions. Highly recommended :-)

Remona and Johan were both wonderful my girlfriend and I are relatively new divers and Johan was an excellent guide. Johan was very accommodating and patient with us and he gave us several tips and pointers to help improve our diving ability. We were fortunate enough to be the only two on the dive with him so we were very well looked after! The boat captain hilariously nicknamed Crispy Bacon was also excellent and very helpful. I would highly recommend their dive shop should you ever be diving in Puerto Morelos!

We just had the best experience during today's diving. Johan gave us plenty of explanation and tips so we could have the safest dive. We did the beach dive to Ojo De Agua and it was just what my wife needed for her PADI refresh. Thank you to both for the nice time and we wish you the best.

We used Diverspoint for a 2 hour snorkeling tour off the beach of Puerto Morelos. on Dec 9, 2021. In short it was excellent. We would highly recommend Diverspoint. The tour normally goes from PM but they agreed to pick us up off the beach at our resort near PM and return. They were there on time. In fact both Johan and Ramona were on the beach waiting. The price was similar to other snorkeling tours but included the reef fee. It was about 1/2 the price of the resort tour. There were 6 of us and it ended up a private tour because no-one else joined us. The day was a little windy so we were concerned. The guide assured us it would be fine. He was correct. We had a wonderful time. there were two snorkels about 45 min each. He came in the water with us to show us various interesting sites. They provided all the gear for each of us. some of us had our own snorkel gear. But the ones that used gear said it was like new. some of the best ever had on a snorkel tour. We saw many varieties of fish, even two sting rays, and coral. We had to keep our life vests on, a rule of the reef, so could not dive down. But the water was so shallow it was okay. We were returned on time after a wonderful morning on the reef. I would definitely use Diverspoint again.

Johan and Ramona helped make out experience during our time in Puerto Morelos even better. They were friendly, knowledgeable and showed us a personal touch. My boyfriend and I got our PADI open water certification and are so glad we used Diverspoint! After doing our classroom portion online at home, we had a meeting with them making sure we had a solid grasp on the material before we scheduled our first in water class. Johan is a great instructor and made it fun as well as putting us at ease. He is also a great guy to talk to during the time without your regulator in your mouth, and is knowledgeable about the area, diving etc etc and nice to be around. They were both so helpful during our trip and accommodating to us. They also provided photos of us during sessions, as well as underwater during the dives as well which will be cherished memories for us. We ended up using them to book us snorkeling, whale shark tour as well as another dive in Puerto Morelos after we were certified. Highly recommend using Diverspoint especially for dive training. If we ever make it back to Mexico one day we would definitely get back in touch with them for our future diving.
