No me pesa pagar el estacionamiento pero nadie me avisó que ya cobraban aunque estés en los locales de arriba pues antes no cobraban, me dijo que ya tienen varios meses cobrando y que el no tiene porqué avisar.
Le sugerí al señor poner un letrero donde avisé esto y me dijo que la obligación de avisar es de los locatarios y de ahí no lo saqué. Mala experiencia, todo por falta de información escrita y específica.
The premises are very well attended and excellent service in all... But the parking lot owner lacks common sense and kindness. I don't mind paying for parking but no one told me that they already charged even if you were in the premises above because they didn't charge before, he told me that they have been charging for several months and that he doesn't have to notify me.
I suggested to the gentleman to put a sign where I warned about this and he told me that the obligation to notify belongs to the tenants and that's where I didn't get it. Bad experience, all due to lack of written and specific information.
