Les recomiendo ampliamente las clases de yoga prenatal, ayudan muchísimo para relajar y te preparan para el alumbramiento! Son especialmente diseñadas para que pases un momento especial entre mamá y bebé!
Además cuenta con un curso de planificación del parto y lactancia el cual me pareció muy claro y aprendí muchísimo!
Si tienes oportunidad de tomar alguno o ambos no lo dudes, estarás en las mejores manos con Miriam!

I highly recommend prenatal yoga classes, they help a lot to relax and prepare you for childbirth! They are specially designed for you to spend a special moment between mom and baby!
It also has a birth and breastfeeding planning course which seemed very clear to me and I learned a lot!
If you have the opportunity to take one or both, do not hesitate, you will be in the best hands with Miriam!
