★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En ningún momento me pidieron autorización explícita de usar mis datos personales para poner en su sistema del cual "no se pueden borrar", no me preguntaron si estaba interesada en tener una tarjeta para futuras transacciones. Se escudaron en que "los avisos están allí escritos en la pared"....... Me pregunto cómo saben que el cliente sabe leer español........o si sabe leer. Llamé a la matriz pidiendo quitar mis datos de su sistema o en su defecto que me dieran una constancia del por qué no se pueden borrar mis datos, según que el abogado de la empresa me iba a regresar la llamada, cosa que nunca sucedió. Y dicho sea de paso, eso de que no se pueden borrar los datos es una mentira, digo, sino que mal servicio les está dando esa empresa que contrataron para elaborar su sistema no?
At no time did they ask me for explicit authorization to use my personal data to put in their system which "can not be deleted", they did not ask me if I was interested in having a card for future transactions. They shielded themselves in that "the notices are there written on the wall" ....... I wonder how they know that the client knows how to read Spanish ........ or if he knows how to read. I called the matrix asking to remove my data from their system or failing to give me a record of why my data can not be deleted, according to which the company's lawyer was going to return the call, which never happened. And by the way, that you can not delete the data is a lie, I say, but that bad service is giving them that company they hired to build their system, right?
