★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 veces he ido y sola una me brindaron el servicio, si bien se entiende que son externos a HEB, pero uno procura el servicio y no espera respuestas como falla de sistema,inoperancia de alguna falla técnica o solo por que el personal de tienda no quiere brindar el servicio, pésimo de vdd, actualicen su información, en vez de decir abierto, pongan cerrado.
3 times I have gone and only once did they provide me with the service, although it is understood that they are external to HEB, but one seeks the service and does not expect responses such as system failure, inoperation of some technical failure or just because the store staff does not wants to provide the service, lousy of vdd, update your information, instead of saying open, put closed.
