★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion, no te resulven nada, les llamas o les mandas mensajes y ni por educacion te responde, pesimo servicio, no tienen ya no digo buena, o aceptable atencion al cliente, busquen otras opciones.
Terrible attention, they do not result anything, you call them or send them messages and not even for education does they respond to you, terrible service, they no longer have good, or acceptable customer service, look for other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima administradora. No tienen control de los pagos, generando con esto conflicto con el personal de seguridad del fraccionamiento. No emite factura fiscal, ni atienden con prontitud al cliente. Cada vez que cambian de empleados es un dolor de cabeza ya que no admiten sus propios recibos de pago emitidos por dichos empleados.
Terrible administrator. They do not have control of payments, thus generating conflict with the security personnel of the subdivision. They do not issue a tax invoice, nor do they promptly serve the customer. Every time they change employees it is a headache as they do not accept their own pay stubs issued by those employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima administración, es un calvario para deshacerse de ellos. No muestran facturas, no tienen control de pagos, inflan costos, no pagan servicios básicos (agua, luz, etc), no atienden reportes de la colonia, etc etc. Ojalá nadie tenga la desdicha de tenerlos como administradores

Nos entrego las instalaciones de la colonia en pésimo estado, era tan evidente que inflaban precios y nunca mostraban factura, si ustedes tienen esta administración en su colonia, sáquenla lo más pronto posible! Rateros!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una completa pesadilla. En Monetta residencial llegaron pidiendo dinero sin siquiera tener servicio de seguridad. No realizan los mantenimientos, no le pagan a los guardias. Piden dinero en efectivo para no reportar, costos completamente inflados. Su reporte de gastos es solamente un excel, no comparten facturas. Un completo desastre, claramente un negocio turbio coludido con GP vivienda
A complete nightmare. In residential Monetta they came asking for money without even having a security service. They don't do maintenance, they don't pay the guards.
