★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, perdieron el paquete y tardaron 11 días en la entrega. Lo más crítico fue que nadie podía dar una explicación. Al final se recogió el paquete en sus oficinas debido increíblemente que no conocen su ciudad de Xalapa.
