★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono y exceden el tiempo estipulado referente al diagnóstico. Si son tan estrictos con su cláusulas de garantías y condiciones, deberían ofrecer un servicio con el mismo nivel de calidad. Pésimos.
They never answer the phone and exceed the stipulated time for diagnosis. If they are so strict with their warranty clauses and conditions, they should offer a service with the same level of quality. Terrible.

Excelente servicio llame desde mexico por que pasaria por Querétaro pregunte por el articulo me corroboraron la existencia y precio pase lo recogí y todo fue muy rapido y excelente atencion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerraron durante el covid y se negaron a devolverme mi Dron de 20 mil pesos que por abandono, pero no podia ir por el dron si estaba cerrado. Quieren cobrar 7 mil pesos por reponermelo con otro descompuesto.
They closed during the covid and they refused to give me back my 20 thousand peso drone that by default, but I could not go for the drone if it was closed. They want to charge 7 thousand pesos to replace it with another broken one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia con sus servicios ya que sus términos y condiciones básicamente sirven para proteger a DJI o a sus técnicos, exceden los plazos estimados para diagnóstico, el costo de la reparación es superior al valor de lo pagué por el equipo como nuevo y ni siquiera tienen las refacciones necesarias en Stock, además de que los plazos de entrega son excesivos.
Very bad experience with their services since their terms and conditions basically serve to protect DJI or its technicians, they exceed the estimated deadlines for diagnosis, the cost of the repair is higher than the value I paid for the equipment as new and they don't even have the necessary spare parts in Stock, in addition to the fact that delivery times are excessive.
