It is a super nice place and well located away from the noise very calmly, close to the sea, restaurants and entertainment areas has wonderful views from the roof! you look at the beautiful turquoise sea!! The place is very nice and comfortable, everything is very nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had several issues during out stay here that were in no real way corrected or made up for. To name a few:
• room had sewage smell
• incorrectly woken up and asked to leave my room
• no hot water
• rooms weren't ready in time and we ended up getting different LESS good rooms for the SAME cost. Pretty unacceptable.
Don't stay here, there are places much better for the price and quality. Customer service doesn't exist here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at DK 52 with a larger group of 11 people.
Unfortunately, I don’t think the staff were prepared for us. Our first room didn’t have towels for us. On the second day, we were very unexpectedly asked to move rooms because staff had overbooked their rooms and needed our room for another guest.
(This happened more than once and throughout our vacation for others in our party).
In addition, I was unable to use the wifi in any part of the building for my entire five day stay despite having multiple conversations with front-desk staff.
I do hope DK 52 resolves it’s issues quickly as it is a rather nice location with a beautiful view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally had good experiences, but in the last days have been a disaster.
Did not have the rooms we booked ready on arrival. - had to stay elsewhere and then even on the 2nd day it still was far from right (as another guest had refused to leave)
Woke up one of our guests to ask them to leave, they packed and was ready to move rooms, only for them then to accept they had made a mistake and send her back to bed.
One of the apartments had no water. Took two days to swap room.
Then some rooms only cold water.
No towels when asked for numerous times.
Finally sewage smell in one room.
Always loved this place - but my god they got it wrong too many times, and too long to fix issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for six weeks and loved every minute of it. Thank you to the staff (rooftop, concierge, cleaning ladies and security) for being pleasant and helpful. It might be more expensive to book, but it has all the amenities (laundry including washer/dryer, gym, AC, and rooftop pool). There are also lots of new faces and travellers in passing. The location is excellent, and I enjoyed viewing the street from the balcony. The wifi is strong on the rooftop and main floor/cafe. Can't wait to return in the future!
