Excelente servicio, el Sr Ricardo fue quien nos recogio en el aeropuesto de Cancun y nos llevo hasta NIZUC, y luego por suerte el mismo fue quien nos regreso al aeropuerto, muy atento y amable, realmente un servicio 5 estrellas.

Had great transportation to / from airport to Mayakoba. Cannot recall the gentleman's name that drove us to the resort, but we had a ride to the airport today with Monica and she was wonderful!!!

This agency is a thief. Booked us deep sea fishing with Maroma and put our life's on the line. We became very ill on the boat for over 3 hours vomiting banging ourselves all over the boat! The sea was out of control. I have bruises all over arms and legs from the boat! Not once did captain John offer to take us back to land nor did we have the chance to touch a fishing pole nor see a fish! Heart breaking how they happily ran with our money and did not care one bit about the satisfactory of customer! They Did not offer not one compensation nor the least a sorry! They stole over 300 dollars and 2 days of our vacation trying to recover from the horrific experience of deep sea fishing at Maroma. to top it off as I recall crawling out the boat the staff had the nerve to ask for a tip! Heartbreaking how they steal and risk the life of tourist! Do your research before dealing with maritur in the fairmont Mayakoba! When it comes down to it they hang you to dry! So disgusting how extreme they will go just to keep and steal your money! They truly put a huge dent on my vacation! An experience that can never be forgotten!

MariturDMC was hired to escort my coworkers and I from the airport to our resort, which was an hour and 20 minutes away. The service was fine, but the driving was HORRIFYING. The driver was speeding up to 140km/hr in a 90 zone, weaving in and out with less than a foot of room, using the shoulder to pass, passing on the right. This highway is dangerous to begin with, with merges from a dead stop on both sides. I asked the driver to slow down twice to no avail before completely losing it - at which time he treated me like a completely crazy person, put on his 4-ways and drove UNDER the speed limit for the remainder of the ride, which was equally as dangerous, making us a sitting duck for other speeders. I am pregnant and just wanted to relax in a safe environment and begin my vacation on a high note. These drivers need training in SAFE driving. Their job is to get their patrons to their resorts SAFELY, not as quickly as possible. You are not a race car driver, you are a chauffeur.
